Advance Notice - User Rate Increase March 2026

Dear Coolin Sewer District Customers,
On August 22, 2025, the Coolin Sewer District Board of Directors conducted a public budget hearing to gather input on the preliminary budget for the 2026 fiscal year.
The 2026 fiscal year preliminary budget incorporates the second-year increase of the previously approved 3-year increase plan, which was authorized on August 25, 2024.
The initial increase was implemented on March 1, 2025, and the second increase is scheduled to take effect on March 1, 2026.
The current rate per ER is $93.75/month ($281.25/quarterly)
Beginning March 1, 2026 - the rate per ER will be $117.19/month ($351.56/quarterly)
The Board plans to approve the 2026 budget in October or November after receiving more current actual figures for the 2025 fiscal year.
*ER = Equivalent Residence (1 ER = 1 Single Family Dwelling)
