Welcome to the Coolin Sewer District Community!
Due to changes in State regulations (Section 39-118 – Idaho State Legislature) all new or materially modified individual wastewater pumping stations must have a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) completed by an Idaho licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and receive approval from Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) before the District can give final approval on a connection.
The process for obtaining a new connection within the Coolin Sewer District will be as follows:

Complete a sewer service application and return to the District Clerk via email

Initial review of application by the Board of Directors (connection verification)

Have an Idaho licensed PE complete a PER

Submit PER to IDEQ and receive approval.

Final review of application by the Board of Directors (an IDEQ approved PER must be provided for final review of application)
