The Coolin Sewer District Board of Directors regularly meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 4pm, at the Coolin Civic Center. Agendas for regularly scheduled meetings will be posted by 4pm on the Monday preceding a Wednesday meeting.
Special Meeting Agendas will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.

We ask that you submit your request to be on the next agenda at least 1 week prior to a regular meeting. Requests that require review by legal counsel or engineers should be submitted as early as possible in the month leading up to a regular meeting.
Please be advised that it is not the Clerk/Treasurer's responsibility to "pitch" agenda items to the Board of Directors. If your agenda item is not straight forward with the documents you provide to the Clerk/Treasurer, you should consider attending the board meeting in person in order to clarify anything of question to the Board. If the Board is not able to fully understand your request and no one is in attendance on behalf of the requested item, it will be tabled until the following months regular board meeting.
