Online Bill Payment

Portal Registration and Quick Pay both require a Web ID and Zip Code (83821). The Web ID can be found on your billing statement above "Amount Enclosed".
PROCESSING FEE NOTICE:
- 3.5% of payment amount for credit/debit card payments with a $2.50 minimum
- $1.95 per transaction for ACH payments
- Fees apply to Auto-Pay and One-time payments
- Coolin Sewer District does not receive any portion of this fee
- Processing fees will appear as a separate charge on your bank statement

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Keep in mind, when issuing a bill payment check, the check often arrives several days after the date listed on the check. Please plan accordingly when sending a bill payment check so that it arrives before the due date.
At the end of a billing cycle, all mail and drop-box payments are collected through the due date and posted prior to assessing late fees.
