Below you will find a copy of our most recent Wastwater User Rate Study - Technical Memorandum. This rate study was finalized on March 15, 2024.
Keep in mind that Figure 1: Sewer Rate Model is only an example of what the District could follow for user fee rates. The figures in this study have not been approved for implementation as of 9/5/24.
The District will be holding a public hearing on September 25, 2024 at 4pm at The Inn at Priest Lake, to hear comments for an increase to user fees beyond 5% of the amount of the fee last collected. We will likely be proposing a 3 or 5 year phase approach and not increasing the full amount recommended right off the bat.
