USER RATE INCREASE
On September 25, 2024 the Coolin Sewer District Board of Directors held a rate increase public hearing for quarterly user fees. The Board heard from District customers and further reviewed the Wastewater User Rate Study - Tech Memo 3.15.24 completed by Keller Associates. After discussion, the Board voted and approved the proposed 3-year plan provided by Keller Associates. The first increase of 25% will go into effect on March 1, 2025. Please note the spreadsheet is calculating January and February of 2025 at the increased rate.

CONNECTION FEE STUDY
Below you will find a copy of the 2024 Connection Fee Study, completed by Keller Associates. The study was presented to the Board on October 2, 2024 at a regular meeting. At the January 8, 2025 regular meeting, the Board approved increasing the connection fee from $5,000 to $25,000 per ERU, effective February 1, 2025.
At the February 5, 2025 regular meeting, the Board approved Resolution 25-01.
