December billing & customer portal update

Hello Coolin Sewer Customers,

Our new customer portal is almost complete! It should be ready to go live on December 17th or close to. I am waiting to send out statement until the portal is active. You should expect statements to arrive toward the end of next week. The new statements will look different than what you are use to.

Once you receive your statement you can activate your account on the portal. To do this you will need a Web ID, which is unique to each billing account/system and is listed in the top right area of the statement. If you have more than one system on your property or mulitiple properites you will receive a statement for each of those systems. You can activate each system and toggle between them in your account. Each system will have a new account number as well so please pay attention to that and update any memo sections if you choose to send a check or bill pay check via your bank. 

If you were previously set to paperless billing you will need to create your account and sign up for paperless billing in the new portal. Everyone will get a paper bill this cycle

We were able to bring over any payable balances and credits from the previous software. So, if you didn't pay last quarter or had a credit, that will show in the portal as an initial balance. 

The portal will be linked to our website via the green "BILL PAYMENT" button. 

I appreciate everyones patience during this transition. Software conversion is quite the project!
